Welcome to Street-Wise Drift

First of all I'd like to say thanks for providing us a place to represent.

Streetwise Drift is based in Charlotte, N.C. and is run by Brian and Todd Phillips. SWD's leaders have over 20 years combined experience in grassroots motor sports. SWD runs both amateur and ProAM Drift events at challenging tracks in the South East and has built a strong presence in the regions motor sports market since its start in early 2009.

Our Mission:
Streetwise Drift's focus is to provide opportunities for drivers and teams to develop and grow in the sport. We also focus our effots to raise awareness of the dangers of illegal street racing in the community. To ultimately grow the sport of Drifting by hosting competitions, demos, and practice days.

Formula D ProAM Events
Street-Wise Drift is proud to announce that we are now a Pro Am Affiliate series of Formula Drift and will be running 5 Pro AM events along side our already growing and popular amateur event series on the East Coast. We are looking forward to working with Formula Drift and its organizers in an effort to find the next Pro's of Drifting.

The top placed drivers at the end of the season will be granted an invitation to the Formula Drift ProAM Nationals to battle it out for a Formula Drift Pro License. The SWD ProAM series winner will be granted a Formula Drift Pro License.

Amateur Event Competition Series
ur amateur competition series allows drivers to compete on a monthly basis for the SWD Amateur Competition Championship title. These events are held monthly, often in conjunction with our ProAM events. Drivers earn points based on how they place in each event. These points are added up at the final competition to determine a Series Champion.
