So this event will be Year Three of the SWD ANTIFREEZE Season Openers.
I am allways stoked to get the year started with a bang and hope that many of the drivers and fans can make it out.

FormatThis event is a an Open Drift Day format much like the Series Finale in November. AM Tandem participation is highly encouraged.

Registration Gates open @ 7:30AM
All drivers must sign in at Entry Gate w SWD Staff and then proceed towards the rear of the facility for
loading into the Drifters Paddock area.
All crew and support staff that are accompanying drivers must sign a waiver, get stamped and pay 10.00 for
addmitance.
Live Pit and Grid area speed = 5 MPH
There will be a high number of spectators at this event. Please be aware of your surroundings and other
foot traffic.
Paddock Space
If the Primary Paddock gets filled up overflow drivers and crews will be directed to a Secondary paddock
space.
Please get into a space as qickly and as closely as possible.
Trailers and or support vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the Garages Paddock area or car show area.
All Trailers and support Vehicles should be parked in the Vendor Parking area.

No Burn outs excesive Revving or continuous running of cars inside paddock buildings.
ADVISORY: Fire-Lanes and Aisle-Ways
All non-essential trailers and support vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
All unauthorized vehicles will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
Vehicles must remain clear of fire-lanes and aisle-ways at all times, even during setup.
Vehicles authorized to enter the paddock must park within their designated space.
No Grilling — The Venue offers food
Tech Opens 7:45:00 AM
See attached Tech Sheet to make sure you will pass.
You will ge given a tech sheet on event day. Fill out top of tech sheet, apply any provided stickers or
designations in their appropriate position and then wait for an SWD staff person to Tech your car.
If you fail technical inspection you will not be allowed to drive until the problems is
fixed and you have been reinspected. If a problems takes three hours to fix you will
miss running with your assigned run group. You will not be allowed to run in other run groups to
make up for your lost time.
Mandatory Drivers Meeting 9:30AM
If your late or do not attend the drivers meeting you will not be allowed to drive and will forfeit
your entry fee.
Course Hot 10:00AM
Driving Portion of Event Ends at Dark
Spin out Rule: If you spin out once try to recover quickly and continue on.
If you spin out again please stop and proceed off course.
Tandem Waivers:
If you want to run tandem you must be signed off by an event official your car marked accordingly and must
sign the Tandem Waiver Form
Run Groups
Your run Group will be determined at the time that you arrive on site.
Please Keep an ear out for when your run group is called .
Follow direction of all commands from SWD track officials as it
is crucial that we are able to feed cars as quickly as possible.
Ride alongs:
We do offer ridealongs for the spectators. If you would like to provide ride alongs please keep your
passenger window up at all times, make sure they are
buckled in, helmet securely fastened, No Hand Held Cameras allowed in the cars unless securely fastened to
an approved camera mounting device.
No Cage = No Tandem Ride Alongs
Tire Changer will be on site.
Do no leave used tires behind.
Please be aware of all fluid spills and do your best to clean em up.
